I log on to online services every day. Always the same result--no available appointments
4 weeks waiting for appointments is ridiculous thinking about changing doctors as when I need them I don't wonna ring as I no I be waiting ages for an appointment
Surgery seems to be very well looked after and my GP is brilliant. Occasionally I have to see someone different if I want an appointment that's sooner, but I don't mind. I think this is also a foundation training practice so you may end up seeing a registrar doctor who is training to be a GP but they have also been amazing to us. Sometimes it's difficult to get a straight answer from the receptionists but they have also always been able to deal with my queries.
Well run, waiting times not too long, great staff.
