The Pharmacist is very friendly and helpful getting you cheaper treatments if you pay for your prescription.The staff are very polite and friendly and the shelves are stocked with very good bargains. A credit to the NHS.
Jeeez, I don't know what's wrong with me tonight. This is my 3rd review and it is also my 3rd positive review.Pharmacy's are a bit less straight forward than reviewing say, a Grocers.However, Brim Pharmacy stands out for one main reason. The Pharmacist.His name is Kam and he is a genuine caring guy.I have been using this Pharmacy every week (sometimes 2 or 3 times a week) for the past 12 yearsI have seen a few Pharmacists come and go and there has been one other good guy.It's not simply that I have become used to, or comfortable with Kam. He does have locum pharmacists now and then and you can tell that Kam isn't there as soon as you walk through the door. The mood is just not the sameI can't describe or tell you why. Just take my word for it. Kam is a rarity. I hope he doesn't move on like his predecessors.He looks out for me and looks after me. He truly is one in a million.If anyone reads this review, please, please let him know how some of us feel. He deserves the praise. I wish I could do more to let him know how much he is appreciated.Keep doing exactly what you are already doing Kam.Also, don't get ambitious and get thoughts about moving on. This is one of the best pharmacy's that I have used. The staff here are really helpful.The advice they give if needed is brilliant. They also tell you roughly how long you will be waiting.The shop is very clean and the shelves are always well stocked.They still take the time to do a window display, not something that you see much nowadays.Really friendly place. Feels like how a pharmacy used to be years ago.
Can't state how good the pharmacists is.here. Time and time again he always hits the mark. Always willing to take time to talk to each client and never comes across as patronising or rude whilst maintaining excellent advice. 10/10.
